This Master Trainer Certification Program is intentionally designed as an immersion into dynamic training tactics and facilitation techniques. We utilize a curated, powerful, and proven "Training Story" framework to ensure your trainings have a compelling design and flow that maximizes learning for your participants.
In pursuit of earning your Certified Master Trainer credential, you will become a savvy facilitator who can dynamically train and develop your participants in multiple contexts: one-to-one and small group engagements; retreats and conference presentations; workshops and seminars; academic courses; diverse continuing education programs, and more!

You will receive the award-winning Preparing Leadership Educators book - written by Leadership Trainer's Executive Director. This incredible resource serves as our go-to training manual. The book includes our 'Training Story' methodology, instructions on how to facilitate 45+ activities, overviews of leadership theories and practices, and more!

By effectively completing Leadership Trainer's Certification Program, you will become a knowledgeable, skilled, and dynamic Certified Master Trainer - one who can facilitate diverse training experiences in which your participants can access the training message and material, internalize their learning, and then apply that learning to their own practice.
