Participant Questionnaire

The Cardinal Experience is an intentionally-designed train-the-trainer experience for DEIB practitioners. We are dedicated to cultivating a diverse, vibrant, and generative learning community. To ensure our cohort is comprised of participants who support this vision, we have crafted this questionnaire to gather reflections from your insights, experiences, and participation goals. Your responses will help us understand your desires for participating, what you hope to gain, and how your unique lens can contribute to the learning community and our Cardinal Experience.

To honor transparency, our assessment is focused on four domains.

Alignment & Readiness: You have a highly compelling rationale for participating; strong alignment with our experiential, identity-grounded, advanced learning experience; and clear articulation of being “ready now.”

Identity-Informed Facilitation: You have a clear connection between your sense of self, identity, lived experiences, and facilitation practice.

Community Contribution: You demonstrate an authentic interest and readiness to contribute a diverse and collaborative learning environment - and bring a humility, curiosity, and generative energy to our cohort.

Application to Practice: You have an intentional vision for how to apply your learning to practice in DEIB contexts - and are committed to systemic transformation by emphasizing equity, justice, and belonging in your trainings.
