Whether one has moments of self-doubt, a career goal that appears impossible, or may feel burned out and not know where to start, this workshop will help participants get one step closer in going after the life they truly crave.

A Note from Conversations for Empowerment Coordinator, Claire Leffingwell:

We recently wrapped up our first virtual Colloquium—specifically crafted for women in leadership training and development—and wow, how fruitful these conversations were! Through discussing topics such as authenticity and vulnerability, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and identity exploration, we built a strong foundation for important and ongoing dialogue about considerations for women leaders.

As we learned through these conversations, one of the best ways to grow as a leadership trainer is to engage in continual self-reflection and pursue developmental opportunities. Leadership Trainer  focuses exclusively and explicitly on train-the-trainer programming and resources.

Thank you for being part of this incredible experience and check back soon for Winter and Spring 2022!
