Jonathan Kroll, PhD.
​Jonathan began his career in Student Affairs by focusing on leadership development, community engagement, and reflection initiatives. Over the last decade, Jonathan has facilitated hundreds of leadership workshops, retreats, trainings, conference presentations, and classes to 1,000s of participants across 5 continents.
Jonathan is an Assistant Teaching Professor and Program Director of the Professional Leadership Studies program at the University of Rhode Island while also serving as the founding Executive Director of Leadership Trainer - a Boston-based organization operating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
