Before I started Leadership Trainer (and even today) I was a participant in countless terrible trainings, workshops, conference sessions, and retreats. They were boring and ineffective. Even the ones that were enjoyable rarely enabled me to do anything beyond the training bubble.

That all changed when, in 2008, I was a participant in a 1-credit elective course in graduate school led by a Master Trainer. She enlightened us on how to make training experiences more enjoyable, engaging, and impactful. This was a transformational experience that propelled me on a journey to study and explore effective training and facilitation methodologies. Now, my calling and work is focused on utilizing my experiences, insight, knowledge, and wisdom to enhance the training and facilitation skills of others. That’s why I founded Leadership Trainer, a nonprofit that has worked with thousands of trainers on enhancing their facilitation skills and capacities.

I earned a PhD in leadership and recently became an award-winning author of Preparing Leadership Educators - a book that details a proven training and facilitation methodology. I have facilitated hundred of trainings to thousands of participants across 5 continents.
