Leadership Trainer's Hybrid Certification Program is a one-of-a-kind, immersive, engaging, hands-on, trainer preparation experience that is guided by four objectives:

(1) Prepare you and your colleagues to facilitate amazing and impactful trainings rooted in dynamic, culturally relevant, and learning-oriented facilitation techniques - specifically ​experiential activities and reflective dialogue;

(2) Engage you and your colleagues in purposeful in critical self-reflection and identity exploration;

(3) Utilize scholarship to advance your and your colleagues' understanding and practice of leadership;

(4) Cultivate a community of leadership trainers and facilitators.

 

By effectively completing Leadership Trainer's Certification Program, you and your colleagues will become knowledgeable, skilled, and dynamic Certified Master Trainers who can facilitate diverse training experiences in which your participants can access the training message and material, internalize their learning, and then apply that learning to their own practice.

Scholarships & Grants

Our 'friendly financial model' makes it easy for you to say, "yes!" Prior to the Certification Program, we offer scholarships!  Following the Certification Program, our graduates are eligible to apply for grants to support their leadership training programs.

In addition to the hands-on learning, each participant has access to an incredible online library of resources including videos, worksheets, and more. 

Year-Round Engagement

The Certification Program experience is just the beginning! We offer year-round opportunities to continue your leadership learning and engagement after becoming a Certified Leadership Trainer. This includes monthly Jam Sessions, a private facebook group, and reduced prices for our other leadership training programs and resources.

Leadership-Training Coaching

Certified Leadership Trainers receive two leadership-training coaching sessions in advance of their first leadership trainings after completing the program. These are designed to ensure you are prepared to shine and deliver exceptional leadership training experiences for your participants.

Training Manual

Every participant receives our 330-page Training Manual that has been specifically written to compliment this program. It includes overviews of leadership theories, leadership practices, and facilitation skills - as well as reflection space, case studies, and more!
