We understand that this amount may be cost-exclusive for many of our participants.

Upon becoming a Certified Leadership Trainer, our participants can apply for exclusive grants to support their leadership programming - Up to $900!

Our Beautiful Location
Menucha Retreat and Conference Center
Menucha Retreat and Conference Center is an exceptional retreat facility "in a setting of nearly incomparable beauty". Less than 30-minutes from Portland, Oregon, it is an ideal location for a Leadership Trainer Certification Program Retreat. We purposefully selected this location due to its picturesque location ideal for our intentional, immersive, and intimate trainer preparation experience. More, it is a short drive away from a world-class destination of Portland, Oregon. For those traveling from afar, Leadership Trainer provides complimentary airport pick-ups/drop-offs!
The grounds provide the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor reflective spaces. The natural environment includes lush vistas, hiking trails, and a labyrinth. Although our retreat is only for two days, we will certainly be taking advantage of this incredible location - especially in the Fall with peak crisp and freshness. (*Participants are welcome to arrange longer stays by arriving early to the scheduled Program.*)
