Research indicates that only 10% of what is learned during leadership trainings are retained by participants. Our Leadership Training and Facilitation Mastery Course will prepare you to facilitate trainings that enable your participants to:
(1) Access the training material and information
(2) Internalize leadership learning
(3) Effectively apply the learning to their leadership practices
The Leadership Training and Facilitation Mastery Course is a 12-Module virtual, self-paced program. It includes almost 4-hours of video-content in bite-sized chunks. We also include provide a 140-page Course Manual and other goodies!
The Leadership Trainer Certification Program is a one-of-a-kind, immersive, engaging, hands-on, train-the-trainer experience that will (a) prepare you to effectively develop the leadership skills and capacities of others through dynamic training experiences while (b) providing you with an intentional leadership development experience to enhance your own understanding and practice of leadership.
